What's in the Challenge?

Week 1: Cleansing the Grounds

As you take first step into the transformative journey of the first week, immerse yourself in activities and exercises designed and specifically crafted to cleanse the unwanted plants and toxic weeds from your grounds. We will work towards enhancing the flexibility and strength in body. We will seek what diet and nutrients to take for active body. We will seek nature of food intake for removing lethargy and laziness. We will also work for removing traumas, past bad experiences and limiting beliefs of mind. We will cleanse the auras and loosen the bad karmic structure with the help of Intention, Visualisation and Meditation. Our major focus will be to cleanse your physical, mental and energy levels and make it loose so that healthy seeds of self-awareness and consciousness can be implanted.

Week 2: Planting the Seeds

As we enter second week, we plant seeds of self awareness, health, abundance and fulfilment. We bring clarity for our life purpose. We engage our inner divine and develop the ability to self heal. We lay strong, healthy and purposeful foundation for determined goals and success. We seek those desires which are in align with our divine life purpose so that we get extra support from universe. Lubricating the engine for smooth drive is smart decision so we are doing the same thing this week. We make necessary lifestyle changes. We work for health, vitality, reaching higher dimensions, purposeful living and overall well-being. This week is your opportunity to lay the foundation for a resilient, focused, empowered mental and physical state.

Week 3: Nurturing the Crops

As we enter the concluding week, We will seek the connectedness of everyone and everything around us. The mysteries of Life and Death. Removing the fear from death and building the armoured aura for life uncertainties. Nurturing for healthy mindset and dividing life goals into short term, middle term and long term goals. The New Moon is a time for setting intentions and planting seeds for future growth, while the Full Moon offers opportunity to surge your intentions to the highest levels of intensity. It is opportunity to manifest your intentions in much faster way. Each meditation session is guided to help you align with these lunar cycles and harness their transformative energy.

The New Moon Meditations is for you. This meditation will give you opportunity  for self reflection. We will intently remove the toxic and negative patterns like trauma, bad relationships, black magic from your life so that clarity comes to you and you become aware of your life purpose.

We will intently invite divine intervention by help of vedic mantras and give powerful affirmations to our subconscious mind.

The Full Moon Meditations is for you. It will give you opportunity for reflection, and re-establish your intentions in firm way. It will surge your energy systems towards your goals by providing clear paths and concentration, removing distractions in the process. 

During a personal consultation, we’ll dig deeper into your specific challenges, goals, and desires. We will discuss any areas of your life where you feel lost, stuck, or uncertain. I will help you gain clarity, create actionable steps, and offer tools to support your healing and growth. The session may include spiritual guidance, 5 elements cleansing, NLP, Meditations, psychological tools, or energy work, depending on your needs.

My approach isn’t about telling you what to do. Rather, I guide you to find your own answers by helping you connect with your intuition and inner wisdom. The goal is for you to gain clarity and confidence in making your own decisions and taking inspired action.

Consultations can be either one-time sessions or ongoing, depending on your needs. Some people choose to have just one session for clarity or insight, while others prefer ongoing support to work through deeper challenges. It’s entirely up to you!
